Moviir.app is the marketing and wait‑list site for Moviir, a desktop video‑creation tool powered by AI.

- Wait‑list emails: until you unsubscribe or 24 months after last interaction
- Billing records: 7 years (tax)
- Support logs: 24 months
- App usage counters: 12 months, then aggregated
7. Your rights
If you live in the EU/EEA, UK, California or similar jurisdictions you can request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal data, and opt‑out of marketing. Email us at support@moviir.app.
8. International transfers
Data may be processed in the US and EU. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and encryption to safeguard transfers.

We use TLS, encryption at rest, least‑privilege access controls and regular security testing. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
10. Children's privacy
Moviir is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
